As the old adage states “time is money”. Mayer Construction manages our projects with fairness and integrity so you can be assured that you are getting what you paid for. Every project we participate in has a schedule. We listen carefully to the Owners so we understand their requirements. We also listen to the design team so as to understand when they will be able to complete their tasks and what issues they are struggling with. We use both our estimate and experience to determine how much time the project will take to complete. This combined information will determine the sequence of events that become the project schedule.

We believe in Lean Construction practices. We constantly look for ways to expedite submittals, manufacturing and deliveries. These critical activities are included in our schedules. We strive to coordinate all these off-site activities so that the time on site is utilized effectively and efficiently. We also use detailed schedules to verify that adequate men and materials are on site when needed, and in sufficient quantities to complete each task as required.
