It is our company philosophy that every person who comes to work on our project should be entitled to return home each night safe and sound. Everyone on our projects is empowered to stop work if they find an unsafe situation that needs to be corrected.

We have a company safety policy that is based on the full range of the OSHA standards. We keep a copy of our safety policy on every project. We require all our subcontractors to have their own safety policies or to adopt ours. Our Superintendent leads the safety efforts each day with continuous inspections. We insist that before the start of work each day our Superintendent will review the safety concerns for that day with each subcontractor and that information is communicated to every man on the job. Safety training sessions are conducted weekly for all on site workers.
