Project Management

Each project we do has a Project Manager (PM). They are the individuals responsible for managing the contract with the Owner and supporting the field Superintendent throughout the construction process. These individuals are educated in construction and engineering. The PM is responsible for all documentation, contract management, change management, project accounting and billings. He works closely with the Superintendent to document and maintain the overall project schedule and the short look-ahead schedules. As the construction moves into the finishing portion of the project he will prepare the close-out documentation, create and maintain the punch list and coordinate the building start-up and commissioning as required.
